Cucumbers, Sliced Pickled
in Red Wine Vinegar

These pickled cucumbers just gets better
sitting in the refrigerator for weeks.
I use them as a side and on sandwiches.
This is one of my best created recipes ever!

Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, quarter peeled,and sliced
1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons salt or to taste
1 teaspoons white sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup cold water
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill,
at least two weeks before serving.
This is a good one!
