Baked Bacon, Eggs and
Hash Brown Potatoes

A tasty egg casserole that is great for breakfast or brunch.
Create your own by using ham rather than bacon
or adding any other ingredients like peppers,
onions, mushrooms or anything else you desire.

Ingredients:
1 pound bacon - diced
16 ounces hashbrowns - thawed
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese - shredded
salt and pepper - to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes
or until eggs are set.
