Great Left Over
Hard Cooked Eggs

Use the microwave oven to make these
creamy butter warmed hard cooked eggs.
This is a great way to use up
and re-heat left over Easter eggs.

Ingredients:
2 eggs, hard boiled peeled
1 tablespoon butter
1 pinch salt
1 dash pepper

Directions:
First you need some boiled eggs. Then peel them.
Next you slice the eggs into peices.
Put some salt and pepper on the eggs in a bowl.
Put butter on them. Put them in the microwave.
Cook on high in the microwave for 1 minute.
Then take them out of the microwave and serve.
