Baked Spicy Orange
Chicken Drumsticks

This recipe is one I sometimes use to bake chicken.
Breasts, wings or what ever part works good in this one.
Here I used chicken legs with great results.

Ingredients:
8 chicken drumsticks, skin removed
1 tbsp grated orange rind
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup liquid clover honey
1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
In large bowl, combine orange rind, juice, honey, cornstarch,
hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper; add chicken, turning to coat.
Line a shallow baking dich with a double layer of aluminum foil.
Place chicken in single layer in shallow casserole dish;
pour marinade over top. Bake in 425 degrees F. oven,
basting twice, until chicken is glossy and golden
and juices run clear when pierced, about 30 minutes.
Remove chicken and continue to cook sauce until thick.
About five minutes more. Pour over chicken and serve.
