These are great served alond with lemon salmon.
The grill adds tasty smoke flavored burn marks.
Ingredients:
2 tbsp each olive oil and lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp each salt and cayane pepper
Two 9-inch long zucchini cut lengthwise
into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick strips
Directions:
In large bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Brush zucchini with lemon mixture. Place on greased grill
over medium heat; close lid and grill, turning once,
until tender and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
