This is a good recipe that
I serve over cooked egg noodles.
Ingredients:
1 pound Lean Beef Tips
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 can Mushrooms (try some shiitakes)
1 8 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 cup Burgundy Wine
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown meat and mix all together and cover.
Leave on stove top on low for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
or until tender, or you can place in oven
at 225 degrees for 4 1/2 - 5 hours
or until meat is tender.
Serve over rice or noodles.
