Dry rub adds all the flavor you need,
and you want things quick and easy.
You certainly won't find a quicker
or easier way than dry rubs
to change "nice" to "terrific".
You'll find that a dry rub will
get more flavor into your beef,
baby back ribs or chicken more
effectively than a laid-on sauce.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp red pepper(cayenne)
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Combine and rub on pork loin or rib roast.
