Citrus and Tequila
Glazed Grilled Salmon

This is one of my favorite salmon recipes.
Using the grill to cook the fish swimming
in a sea of fresh lemon and lime juices.
The tequila just takes this over the top!

Ingredients:
Salmon steaks
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Sweet smoked paprika
2 Fresh Lemons, juiced
2 Fresh limes, juiced
Tequila to taste

Directions:
Take marinated salmon out of bag and throw out marinade.
Preheat grill on high, high, high heat.
In a bowl mix olive oil, paprika, lemon and lime juices,
Place salmon and all ingredients in a bowl.
Let rest an hour and then bake or grill or broil.
these are good served with a bleu cheese dressing.
