This is a recipe I created over Thirty years ago.
It's basically just a french fry that is cooked
in water with Old Bay Seasoning, it's a good one!
Ingredients:
Potatoes, peeled and cut into French fries
Old Bay Seasoning
Water
Directions:
Soak potato fries in cold water for an hour.
Rinse potatoes and pat dry.
Measure a sufficient amount of
Old Bay Seasoning into a pan or bowl.
(or bag for shaking).
Coat (or shake) a few potatoes at a time.
Shake off excess.
Fry potatoes in 375 degrees F.
oil until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper,
season with salt and serve.
