Fresh Basil Pesto Sauce

This pesto recipe makes more than enough,
use pesto for pasta, chicken, or fish.



Ingredients:
Pesto Sauce:
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor,
blend just until combined well.
Remove to a glass container, cover and refrigerate.
