This is a great recipe with any fresh corn.
It's so simple and good you will be amazed.
Ingredients:
Fresh ears of corn on the cob
A big ol tub of melted butter
Sweet smoked paprika
Butter, a lot of
Directions:
Unwrap the husk from an ear of corn
but do not remove husk from ear.
Remove as much corn silk as you can.
Holding by the husks, dip ear of corn
into the butter, let drip excess off
and then sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Replace husks around ear of corn.
At this point you can microwave it
but I like to place them on the grill.
You could even bake them in the oven.
Any way you choose to cook these up
They will be finger smackin good!
