Grilling and corn on the cob are two summer favorites.
It is a popular menu item for clambakes and barbecues.
Ingredients:
Fresh corn on the cob
water
butter
salt
Directions:
To provide extra moisture for cooking,
the ears of corn should be dunked under water
in a large bowl for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Place the ears of corn on the hot grill.
Turning every once in awhile until charred.
Remove to cool, shuck and season, serve.
