Lobster Meat Quiche

This is basically my recipe for plain quiche
adding some lobster meat in the pan.
You could use imitation crabmeat in this.

Ingredients

1 each prepared pie shell
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
6 each well beaten eggs
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1.5 cups sour cream
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 chopped scallions
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz. chopped lobster meat

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
(This is the quiche batter.)
In a medium sized mixing bowl,
blend eggs, sour cream, Worcestershire,
pepper and Dijon mustard together.

Arrange pie dough in a pie shell.
In a seperate bowl, toss the two cheeses
with the scallions and lobster.
Place the lobster mixture into the pie shell.
Add the quiche batter, sprinkle with paprika.
