Imitation Lobster
Meat Thermidor

Every once in a while I get a hankering
for lobster but don't want to buy a whole one.
So I made this recipe using imitation meat.
It's really a good dish, and it's easy quick.

Ingredients:
11 ounces cans cream of shrimp soup
1/2 lb. imitation lobster meat, chopped
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/4 lb. canned sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Turn on broiler. Heat soup in a saucepan
over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add next 5 ingredients and
stir until heated through.
Spoon into 4 lightly greased
individual baking dishes or shells.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika.
Broil 4 inches from heat source
2-3 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
