Orange and Avocado Salad

Orange and avocado meet almonds and snap peas
atop 5-Lettuce Mix with your favorite vinaigrette.

Salad Ingredients:
1 pkg 5-Lettuce Mix
1 orange, peeled & sectioned
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
1 cup sugar snap peas
Your favorite Vinaigrette dressing

Make the Salad:
Place greens into a large salad bowl.
Top with orange sections, avocado, & onion.
Add almonds & snap peas.
Drizzle dressing over salad.
