Orange and Garlic flavored
Steak Fried Potatoes

Potatoes fried in olive oil with garlic,
orange zest and fresh squeezed orange juice
make this a good dish to add to any main dish.

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
Zest of 2 oranges
Juice of 1 orange
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash the potatoes and cut into thick
french fry style with the peeling.
In a frying pan, heat olive oil.
When hot, add potatoes and garlic
with peeling, salt and pepper.
When golden on both sides,
discard half of oil and add orange zest
and fresh squeezed orange juice.
Let cook together for 10 minutes.
