Soy Sauce Marinated
Grilled Chicken Wings

These chicken wings are very good
and the recipe couldn't be any simpler.
I use frozen wings but fresh works too!

Ingredients:
12 frozen chicken wings or legs

Marinade ingredients:
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sweet smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a plastic zipper bag
large enough to hold the chicken wings or legs.
Place chicken wings in bag. Seal and turn to coat evenly.
Place in a bowl and put in refrigerator to thaw overnight.
Remove from refrigerator, if still frozen place in cold water
to fully thaw 20 minutes or so. Remove chicken from bag.
Discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken
for about 10 minutes each side.
Will be slightly charred but not burned.
