Crock Pot Beef Ribs
Slow Cooker Beef Ribs

Tender and tangy barbecue flavored beef ribs,
A fast and easy to make crock pot meal.
Some crock pots have higher heat on the high setting
so check your ribs about half way through
by piercing the meat to see if it is tender.
These are delicious.

Ingredients:
5 pounds beef ribs
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
4 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
1 cup favorite barbeque sauce

Directions:
Turn crock pot or slow cooker on high.
Spray inside of crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
Cut ribs to fit and place in crock pot,
sprinkle ribs with Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and honey.
Season with garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Pour barbeque sauce over mixture.
Place foil between lid and pot to make sure no steam escapes.
Cook on high for 1 hour and reduce setting to low
and cook an additional 4 hours.
