Garlic, Cream Cheese and
Mushroom Stuffed Salmon

These steaks are so good!
The cream cheese and spinach
bake together into a very good
tasting blend of flavors.

Ingredients:
2 4-ounce salmon fillets
2 cloves finely chopped fresh garlic
1/4 cup chopped green onions
4 tablespoons cream cheese
1/4 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup chopped button mushrooms
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,
Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut 4-5 slits across each salmon fillet.
Stuff them with garlic and green onions.
Spread cream cheese across top, cover with
spinach and mushrooms, and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes
or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
