This is a quick recipe, easy to make and tasted great.
My whole family loved it, I'll be making this again.
Ingredients
1 lbs ground beef
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pack Taco seasoning
1 bag Corn chips
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 8oz. sour cream
2 cups shred head lettus
1 cup diced tomato
chives for garnish
Directions:
In a saute pan, brown ground beef and drain.
Add taco seasoning, and tomato sauce
then and the corn chips, mix together.
Add to a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese
covering and bake at 350 degrees F.,for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven, serve with lettuce
and tomato and top with sour cream and chives.
