Spicy brown mustard flavors this tasty breakfast
cheese, ham and egg-topped English muffin sandwich.
You can make these in toaster oven with good results.
Ingredients:
4 English muffins, split
4 Teaspoons prepared spicy brown mustard
2 Eggs, hard-cooked, sliced
4 American Cheese slices
8 (1-ounce) slices deli ham
Directions:
Heat broiler. Place muffin halves onto ungreased baking sheet.
Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat until light golden brown (1 to 2 minutes). Spread each muffin half with 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
Remove 4 muffin halves from baking sheet.
Top remaining muffin half with 1 slice ham,
3 slices egg, 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham.
Broil muffin halves, 3 to 5 inches from heat,
until cheese just begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes).
Top with remaining muffin halves.
