Bisquick Vegetable Pizza

This is an easy to make pizza using
Biscuick biscuit mix for the crust.
You can go wild adding your favorite
frehly sliced vegetable toppings.
And of course tons of gooey cheese.

Ingredients:
1/2 cups Bisquick
1/3 cup hot water
1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce
your favorite pizza toppings ( peppers,mushrooms,onions etc.)
10 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, or more
Dried oregano to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl add Bisquick and hot water,
stir with a spoon until combined,
then place on a floured working surface and knead
with your hands until a dough ball forms.
Grease a 12" pizza pan or cookie sheet.
Press dough into the pizza pan or
form your pizza in the center of the cookie sheet.
Slightly crimp the edges to help hold your toppings.
Use a spoon to add the pizza sauce,
and then add your vegetable toppings.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
And sprinkle with oregano.
Bake at 425 degrees F. for 13-17 minutes
or until crust is golden brown and chese melts.
