Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
for Chicken, Pork or Fish

This is a great jerk seasoning mix,
you can make it as hot as you want.
It's good on grilled chicken the best.

Ingredients:
24 pimento beans (Allspice)
2oz scallion
2 scotch bonnet pepper
5 sprigs thyme
1/2 whole nutmeg, grated
salt to taste
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor,
mix well for 1 minute.
Use on meat or cover and refrigerate.
