Chicken Pan Fried with a
Seasoned Flour Coating

I pan fried chicken thighs but I'm sure
any chicken part will do just fine here.
This recipe only takes a few minutes and
makes for a nice and crispy brown outside
with a tender juicy inside fried chicken.

Ingredients:
chicken thighs, skin on
flour
black pepper
sweet smoked paprika
ground lemon pepper
salt
oil for frying

Directions:
Remove chicken from package, wash and pat dry.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine flour and seasonings.
Coat chicken well on all sides with seasoned flour.
Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a fry pan fairly hot.
Place chicken in oil, do not crowd pan.
fry for about 6 minutes, turn and fry
for an additional 6 minutes.
Turn again, and remove from heat.
Let stand 4 minutes, remove chicken to a plate
lined with paper towels to drain. Serve.
