I had a bag of bean sprouts that I needed
to use before they went bad so I decided
to add them into a broccoli cole slaw salad.
Along with some sliced fresh red bell pepper
this came out great tasting, very delicious.
And a very colorful dish to boot!
Ingredients:
4 cups bean sprouts
4 cups broccoli slaw
(shredded broccoli stems, cabbage, and carrots)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1 cup your favorite cole slaw dressing
Directions:
Combine the sprouts, broccoli slaw,
and red pepper in a large bowl and
toss with the dressing.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
