Fresh Strawberries, Pineapple
and Sweet Vermont Maple Syrup

This is so very sinfully good that
there should be a law against it.
You can't get much better than fresh
strawberries and pineapple covered
in a sweet maple syrup sauce!

Ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple
24 fresh strawberries
1/4 cup fresh Vermont maple syrup

Directions:
Hull and slice the strawberries in half.
Place in a large bowl.
Halve the pineapple lengthwise, cut of the skin
(removing all brown areas) with a sharp knife
and cut out and discard the core.
Place the prepared halves, cut side down on a
cutting board and cut them crosswise into 1/2" slices.
Add to the bowl with strawbeerries.
Pour the maple syrup over the pineaplle and strawberries.
Toss well to combine well and serve.
