Bisquick makes these apple griddle cakes a snap.
I like to add cut up apples and some applesauce.
Everyone likes these served with butter and syrup.
Ingredients:
1 cup of Bisquick mix
1 egg (beaten)
1 cup of milk
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup applesauce from a jar
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients together
until well blended, let sit for a few minutes
while you heat up the griddle to medium heat.
Pour approximately 1/4 cup portions onto sizzling hot
greased or nonstick griddle.
Cook until the edges begin to dry
and they are golden brown on the bottom,
then flip and continue cooking until
that side is golden brown, as well.
Serve hot with butter and syrup.
