Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Chipped Beef Toast

This is really two great recipes in one,
roast or chipped beef with creamy white sauce
served on top of a grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredients:
For each sandwich:
2 slices white or wheat bread
2 slices American, cheddar or swiss cheese
2 tablespoons butter

For beef and white sauce:
1/4 cup milk
2 slices deli roast beef, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar

Directions:
Heat a griddle pan, trim crusts from bread if desired.
Butter one side of bread slices.
Place bread, buttered side down on griddle.
Place cheese on bread and top with other
slice of bread, buttered side up.
Heat to brown one side, turn and brown the other.
Keep warm.
In a glass bowl put milk, flour,
pepper, sugar and celery salt, stir to combine.
Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes.
Stir to combine again, add beef and cook
for another few seconds until heated through.

Plate grilled cheese,
cut sandwich in half if desired
and top with beef sauce, serve warm.
