Salmon Cream Cheese Pizza
with Onions, Garlic and Capers

Ingredients:
2 cans (7-1/2 oz. each) Alaska canned salmon, drained and flaked
1 prepared pizza crust
1 tablespons olive oil
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut into chunks
1/3 cup very thin slices red onion
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp. drained bottled capers
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place pizza crust on cookie sheet.
Combine oil and garlic; brush evenly over pizza crust.
Arrange salmon and cream cheese over pizza,
top with red onion, cheese, dill and capers.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of crust
are crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
