Wurstmeister Smoked
Sausage and Sauerkraut

You will be in sausage and sauerkraut heaven
after you put this great tasting recipe together.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 apple, coarsely grated
1 potato, coarsely grated
1 tablespoon caraway seed
3 cups Smokehouse sauerkraut, undrained
1/4 cup apple juice

Directions:
Slice sausage into bite sized pieces.
Melt butter in a large skillet,
add sausage and cook until lightly browned.
Mix apples, potato and caraway seeds.
Arrange mixture on top of sausage.
Top with sauerkraut then add apple juice.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
