This side dish is a great go along
with a big old slab of smoked ribs.
Ingredients:
12 ears corn
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sweet milk
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cut corn from cob.
Melt butter in heavy skillet.
Add corn and a small amount of milk.
(1 tablespoon per ear) Simmer until tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
