Artichokes Toasted
in Breadcrumbs

This is a recipe I make for toasted
artichokes that every body likes.
It's simple and easy to make.

Ingredients:
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts
Mix Italian bread crumbs w/dash salt and pepper
Olive Oil to hold together

Directions:
Cut artichokes into bite size morsels,
and roll in bread crumbs.
Put on baking pan and toast
in 350 degree F. heat until toasted.
