Bacon Wrapped
Barbecued Shrimp

I like this recipe even better simply
placing the shrimp in foil packets
that I have poked a few holes into,
then placing on the barbecue grill.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Large shrimp, shelled, and de-veined
1/2 slice of bacon, partially cooked, cut in half
1 red bell pepper, seeded, cleaned,cut into 1" chunks
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded, cleaned,cut into 1" chunks
1 small olive per shrimp
1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
8 bamboo skewers, soaked for 2 hours or a grilling basket

Directions:
Half cook the bacon,
Place an olive in the center of each shrimp
and a piece of bacon around the shrimp.
On a skewer place a piece of pepper
followed by the shrimp combo.
Coat with the barbecue sauce
and place over direct heat for 3 minutes.
Turn once and baste again with
barbecue sauce for 3 more minutes.
