making a grilled cheese sandwich.
What bread, cheese and what else?
This is a really great sandwich.
With cream cheese and fresh tomato.
Ingredients:
White bread slices, crusts removed
Cream cheese, softened
Tomato slices
Fresh basil
Butter to grill bread
Directions:
Heat a saute pan over medium heat.
Spread butter on one side of each bread.
Put cream cheese, some fresh basil and
tomato slice in between two slices bread,
buttered side out. Grill on both sides until done.
