Cucumber Butter

This is a recipe for making
hot cucumbers in a butter sauce.

Ingredients:
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons dill weed
1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
4 drops hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Place cucumber in blender; blend until smooth.
Whip butter until light and fluffy in mixing bowl;
gradually beat in cucumber, continuing to beat until combined.
Blend in lemon juice, dill weed, onion, salt and hot pepper.
