Shrimp that's
Oven Baked

Steamed or boiled shrimp is boring.
Baking in the oven brings out the
sweet flavor of the shrimp great!
This is a recipe for shrimp cocktail.

Ingredients:
1 pound fresh tail on shrimp, 20 per pound
1 cup ketchup
4 table spoons prepared horseradish
Olive oil
Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:
Defrost shrimp in refrigerator if needed.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel and de-vein shrimp leaving tails on.
Place shrimp in one layer on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake about 20 minutes until done.
In a bowl combine ketchup and horseradish,
to make a cocktail dipping sauce.
Serve shrimp warm, at room temperature,
or chilled with dipping sauce on the side.
Garnish with fresh lemon wedges.
