Cucumber Salad
with Dill and Mustard

White vinegar and a little sugar
are all that's needed to add to
a few slices of fresh cucumber.
In this recipe I add some garlic,
red onion and a few dill pickles.

Ingredient:
1 cucumber, semi-peeled and sliced thin
3 jar dill pickle spears, processed fine
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced thin
1 tablespoon mustard, whole seed
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well.
Adjust seasonings, cover and refrigerate.
Keeps for 2 weeks and gets better with time.
