Shrimp with
Mustard Sauce

lately I've been on this mustard kick.
Trying to cook everything with mustard.
This is actually quite a good combination.
I like this uaing already grilled shrimp,
and served over a bed of cooked rice.

Ingredients:
1 lb raw shrimp, shelled and cleaned
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon caraway or fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 1/2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions:
Heat the oil in a small frying pan over low heat.
When hot, add the caraway/fennel seeds,
chili powder and garlic; Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the shrimp, mustard, salt and
lemon juice and stir well.
Cover the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir the mixture well and serve over rice.
