Egg Drop Salad

A great conversation starter of a salad.
With cabbage, chinese noodles and eggs.

Ingredients:
1 large Nappa (Chinese) cabbage. (Rinse thoroughly).
1 bunch green onions.
1/2 stick butter
small bag slivered almonds
sesame seeds
2 pkgs. Ramen Noodles
4 eggs, cooked, scrambled

Dressing:
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 dash of garlic salt

Directions:
Chop Nappa and green onions.
Combine in large salad bowl.
On stove, melt butter and add noodles,
sesame seeds and almonds. Brown till golden.
Place in a serving bowl, top with cooked eggs
that have been scrambled and chopped up some.
Mix all dressing ingredients then shake vigorously.
Pour over greens. Add browned mixture evenly over salad.
Serve immediately.
