Fresh Herb Butter

This is a real easy recipe,
it makes food taste so good.
All you have to do is mix up
some herbs with sweet butter,
you can do this ahead of time
and keep in the refrigerator,
covered - just remember to
take it out in time to soften up.

Ingredients:
Butter, softened
Finely chopped fresh herbs:
Italian parsley, thyme, chives,
savory, tarragon, basil, etc.

Directions:
Stir together the chopped herbs and
butter in a small bowl until smooth.
