Potato Fries, that are
Better Than Mcdonald's

These potato fries are addictive.
Dare I say better than any other.
Almost like a diner's home fries,
but because you don't boil them in
water they are drier in texture.
They have nice crispy potato skins
soft and creamy insides and are
browned to perfection on the outside.
I've kept the recipe a secret until now.
Here is the original recipe for,
Potato Fries, this is for one potato.
I've made this with more , you have
to microwave them for a longer time.

Ingredients:
Russet potato, scrubbed clean
Canola oil for deep frying
Salt
Sugar
Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Wash and dry whole potato, wrap in paper towel.
Microwave potato on hugh setting for 6 minutes.
Remove and let cool, cut into un-even pieces.
In a skillet heat about an inch of oil,
fry potatoes, turning to brown evenly.
Place on a plate with a paper towel on it,
seasen with salt, sugar and Old Bay to taste.
