Watermelon and
Cucumber Pickles

This combination might seem an odd one.
Somehow the sweetness of the watermelon
is balance by the tart sour flavor of
the dill cucumbers in the vinegar brine.
Don't hesitate to try this recipe out.
I even added some fresh tomato, feta,and
black olives and it came out even better.

Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon cubes
2 cups dill pickle spears, chopped
1/2 red onion, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup juice from the pickle jar
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teasopp ground black pepper

Directions:
Place cut up watermelon, pickle, and onion in a bowl.
In a seperate dish combine pickle juice, water, sugar
and black pepper, stir to mix well.
Add liquid to melon in bowl, serve or chill until.
