Potato Wedges Baked

These baked potatoes are so good tasting.
Remember to rinse them in cold water to
get rid of some of the potato starch.
It really helps make them crispy good.

Ingredients:
4 Russet or baking potatoes
1/2 cup un-salted butter, melted
1/2 cup Fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Directions:
Cut each potato into 6 wedges,
Rinse and place in cold water for 10 minutes.
Remove from water and dry well on paper towels.
Dip wedges in melted un-salted butter,
then roll in mixture of crumbs, cheese and seasonings.
Place in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
Pour any remaining butter over potatoes.
Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes.
Turn a time of two to brown evenly.
