Quick Fried
Russet Potatoes

This is a fast way to make pan fried potatoes.
They come out nice and crispy brown on the
out side and creamy good on the inside.
This recipe is for a one person serving.

Ingredients:
2 Russet baking potatoes
4 tablespoons water
Cannola oil for frying
Salt to taste
Ketchup if desired

Directions:
Wash potatoes and place in a glass bowl.
Add water and place in microwave oven.
Cook on high setting for 8 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes to finish cooking.
And to cool enough for you to handle them.
Remove potatoes, cut in half length wise.
Turn and cut ito bite size slices.
Heat oil in frypan, add potatoes and
cook, turning to brown both sides well.
Remove from pan to drain on paper towels.
Add salt to taste, serve ketchup on the side.
