2 tablespoons butter
1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
1 quart softened coffee ice cream
Shaved unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate chips
in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat, fold in Rice Krispies.
Spread mixture evenly over a deep
9-inch pie plate to make a crust. Chill.
Spread ice cream in prepared crust.
Freeze for 6 hours.
Remove pie from freezer and shave unsweetened chocolate over the top a few minutes before cutting
