Sage Chicken Marsala

Fresh herbs make everything just a little better.
Sage leaves are aromatic and go with chicken well.
This is a really good recipe for sage flavord chicken.

Ingredients:
Skinless chicken breast
All-purpose flour as needed
6 Tablespoon butter - (3/4 stick)
1 Tablespoon minced fresh sage
1 Cup imported dry Marsala
1 Cup canned low-salt chicken broth
Fresh sage leaves
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Dust with flour; shake off excess.
Heat 3 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in minced sage; saute/fry 1 minute. Add in half of chicken.
Saute/fry till brown and cooked through, about 3 min per side.
Transfer chicken to a serving platter.
Repeat with remaining butter and chicken.
Tent chicken with foil to rest and keep warm.
Add in Marsala and broth to skillet; bring to boil,
Deglaze pan by scraping up bottom for any browned bits.
Boil till sauce is reduced to half, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper; spoon over chicken.
Garnish with more fresh sage leaves.
