This stuff is great on cooked pasta.
I use it on grilled rib-eye steaks
and it makes garlic bread even better.
Ingredients:
8 ounces un-salted Butter
1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend to just combine well.
Place on a piece of plastic wrap.
Form into a log, cover and twist wrap to seal tight.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
