Scalloped Potatoes with
Ham and Pineapple

This is a crock pot or slow cooker recipe
making scalloped potatoes with ham and pineapple.
Almost called this Hawiian scalloped potatoes.
I also add onions, black pepper and cover it
with a good amount of grated chedder cheese.

Ingredients:
3 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup diced cooked ham
2 cups shredded chedder cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Layer half each of potatoes, onions,
ham and cheese in a 5-quart slow cooker.
Arrange pineaplle all over it.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper;
repeat layers with remaining
potato, onion, ham, and cheese.
Stir together soup and 3/4 cup water;
spoon over potato mixture.
Cook, covered, on LOW 7 to 8 hours.
Add more cheese on top if desired.
