Grilled shrimp never tasted better
when you put them on a skewer with
fresh fruit and a barbecue sauce.
Be carful not to burn the sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled deveined
1 fresh pineapple, peeled cored
4 bananas, firm, peeled
2 peaches peeled and seeded
1 lemon, quartered
1 lime, quartered
12 strawberries
2 apples, cored and quartered
Barbecue sauce
Preparation:
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Cut fruits into chunks that will fit well on a kabob-skewer.
Thread alternating pieces of fruit and shrimp onto the skewers.
Spread some barbecue sauce over entire skewer, turn repeat.
Grill until shrimp is done, turning often.
