Shrimp and Peaches
Grilled on Skewers

This is a quick, simple and very good recipe.
You take fresh un-cooked shrimp and place them
on metal skewers alond with some fresh peaches,
fire up the grill and in 10 minutes you have
this really great tasting meal on a stick.

Ingredients:
For each skewer:
4 shrimp
5 pieces green pepper
4 pieces fresh peach
4 pieces red onion
2 tablespoons lemon or orange juice
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat grill to high.
Place shrimp and vegetables on skewer
in any order you wish to.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and grill,
for about ten or 15 minutes, tuning
to cook evenly once or twice.
Remove from grill, sqirt with more
lemon juice and serve.
